Anchor Browser

In short

Anchor Browser leases managed Chromium sessions to computer-use agents, from USD 50 a month for the Starter tier that adds CAPTCHA bypass. A session carries a Web Bot Auth signature only if the customer switches it on and holds the USD 2,000 Growth plan or Enterprise. Anchor was among the launch partners of Cloudflare's signed-agent programme in August 2025.

What Anchor Browser does for this layer

From the vendor's own pages

Anchor Browser signs all HTTP requests in a session as Anchor Browser when the session setting web_bot_auth.active is true; the setting defaults to false. (docs.anchorbrowser.io) Anchor's pricing table lists "Cloudflare verified browser agents" only on the Growth plan at USD 2,000 a month and on Enterprise, not on Free or Starter (USD 50 a month). (docs.anchorbrowser.io) Anchor's Free plan gives USD 5 in credits a month with up to 5 concurrent browsers; automated captcha bypass and geolocation proxies start on Starter. (docs.anchorbrowser.io) Anchor's docs index lists Extra Stealth Mode for anti-detection and fingerprint protection, bring-your-own proxy, dedicated sticky IPs, Anchor VPN and a Web Unlocker for CAPTCHA- and bot-protected pages that is "billed only on success". (docs.anchorbrowser.io)

Anchor's homepage cost calculator prices browser time at USD 0.09 an hour, proxy traffic at USD 8.00 per GB and AI steps at USD 0.01 each. (anchorbrowser.io)

Claims the vendor makes about itself

Anchor describes its product as "fully managed, humanized chromium instances that can assume any identity and access any website". (anchorbrowser.io)

Reported by a third party

Cloudflare named Anchor Browser in its first signed-agent cohort on 2025-08-28, quoting Anchor's CEO that the partnership lets developers "ship verified browser agents". (blog.cloudflare.com, dated 2025-08-28)

What our crawl saw

A GET for anchorbrowser.io/.well-known/http-message-signatures-directory returned HTTP 404 on 2026-11-05, and the Web Bot Auth doc names no Signature-Agent host. (anchorbrowser.io)
