• An error. Name the page and give the source that shows the correct fact. It will be corrected and logged on the corrections page.
• A crawler or agent that is missing. Send its exact user-agent string, its robots.txt token if it has one, and the operator's documentation URL. A row needs a source to be added.
• A vendor grade. Send the public documentation URL that supports a different grade. Grades follow documents, so the change shows with the new URL and date.
• An operator that wants its documentation read again. Send the URL of the page.
